Who we are

A studio obsessed with the moment a chest opens.

The Dynamic Treasure Protocol studio team at work in Shoreditch

Engineering the dopamine of the drop, responsibly.

Founded in 2017 above a coffee roastery on Hoxton Square, Dynamic Treasure Protocol is a 24-person team of economy designers, backend engineers, and data scientists. We build the invisible systems behind loot boxes, battle passes, and seasonal events — the maths and infrastructure that make rewards feel earned rather than random.

We work with indie studios and mid-size publishers across the UK and EU, embedding with their teams or running entire reward pipelines as a managed service. Every drop table we ship is tuned for retention, audited for fairness, and compliant with UK loot-box transparency guidance.

What we ship

Three pillars, one reward engine.

Pick a single module or run the whole protocol end to end.

01

Drop Table Designer

Visual rarity tiers, pity systems, and seasonal pools — from £4,800 per title, with a free two-week economy audit to start.

02

Live-Ops Command

Schedule events, hotfix odds, and watch revenue and retention in one console. Managed service from £2,100 / month.

03

Fairness & Compliance

Disclosed-odds reporting, spend safeguards, and audit logs aligned to UK guidance. Fixed engagement from £6,500.

Why studios choose us

Everything a healthy game economy needs.

No black boxes. You own the data, the maths, and the dashboards.

  • Server-authoritative drops

Every reward is rolled and validated server-side, so client tampering and duped items are off the table.

  • Tunable in real time

Adjust drop rates, event windows, and pity timers from a live dashboard — no client patch, no store review.

  • Transparent odds

Publish disclosed probabilities automatically to meet UK and PEGI loot-box guidance out of the box.

  • Built-in A/B testing

Split players into cohorts and measure how a reward curve moves day-7 retention before you roll it wide.

  • Anti-fatigue safeguards

Spend caps, cool-downs, and self-exclusion hooks help protect vulnerable players and your reputation.

  • Engine-agnostic SDK

Drop-in libraries for Unity, Unreal, and custom C++ stacks, with REST and gRPC for everything else.

What partners say

Trusted by the people who ship the games.

Studio leads and producers on working with the protocol.

They untangled a loot economy we had been afraid to touch for two years. The pity system they designed cut our refund tickets in half within a season.
